1. Nature of Service
LugChat (lugchat.com) is a specialized SaaS platform providing AI-powered livestream chat simulations and transparent video overlays.
Simulation Disclaimer: All simulated viewers, reactions and conversational threads are synthetic algorithmic simulations created for video editing, creative production and storytelling. They do not represent real human individuals or genuine livestream chat participants.
2. Monthly Plans & Credit Allowances
Generation access is provided via recurring monthly subscriptions:

Consumption Rates & Format Parity
Generation cost depends solely on message volume: 100 msgs = 10 credits, 250 msgs = 20 credits, 500 msgs = 30 credits, 1000 msgs = 50 credits, 2500 msgs = 100 credits.
Format parity: Standard 16:9 and Vertical 9:16 cost exactly the same. No surcharge applies to vertical exports.
3. Non-Accumulation (No Rollover) Rule
Monthly credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Upon each renewal, the user balance is replaced by the plan allowance (e.g. a Pro subscriber with 300 remaining credits resets to 1,750 credits, not 2,050).
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel subscription renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges while preserving your existing credits and access until the end of your current paid period (current_period_end).
5. 24-Hour Temporary File Retention
Generated downloads (transparent WebM VP9 video overlays and structured JSON datasets) are retained for 24 hours after completion. LugChat is not a long-term cloud storage service; please download your assets promptly.
6. Ownership of Generated Content
You own all rights to the exported videos and chat files created legitimately with your account, with full commercial license to include them in monetized videos and productions.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use LugChat to fabricate misleading evidence, conduct targeted harassment campaigns against real people, or distribute defamatory content.
